North Salt Lake, UT / Butler, Bucon, and Interwest / 76,000 sf

J & M Steel completed 2 expansions for Fedex at the North Salt Lake facility. The first addition was completed in 2005 on the north end of the building consisting of 30,000 square feet. In 2008 J & M added 46,000 square feet to the south side of the building. Both additions were complex and involved tying 3 buildings together. The projects were also completed in winter conditions, ahead of schedule, and while FedEx continued its day-to-day operations.
