The Garden Lodge

The Garden Lodge is a high end gardening supply store and landscaping company. The building is 50,000 sf (2) story structural steel, and completed in Riverton, Utah. J & M Steel was responsible for furnishing and installing the structural steel, joist and deck package, stairs and the standing seam roof system. Structural steel, joist and decking, were delivered on site within a 12 week period. A 16 week schedule included erection of the building, installation of the standing seam metal roof, stairs, handrails, and 2nd floor framing.
