This is a 43,400 SF Galvanizing plant located in McCarren, NV erected for Miles Construction by J & M Steel. The primary steel frames are hot dipped galvanized steel while the roof purlins, wall girts, roofing and siding are made of fiberglass. This is to resist the corrosive nature of the galvanizing process being done inside the facility. Large Bi-Fold doors are located on the sidewalls to allow large items to be galvanized.
