Moxtek was engineered at 300 lbs psf floor design load. The building was built in a very constricted area with tight access and power lines, located on a main street in Orem, Utah. This project required a highly focused team to produce optimal results. J & M Steel erected and furnished the building with structural steel and sheeting.
