I would rate J&M Steel as one of the best pre-engineered metal building erection contractors in the Western United States. They stand behind their work and were easy to work with. J&M offered an excellent safety record, and showed innovation in the way they fabricated sections of the roof structure on the ground and then hoisted them into place. They’re professional in their business dealings and very responsive when asked to re-sequence work due to delays in owner provided materials.
