During our time at the hotel we came in contact with a construction crew also staying there. Each time we saw this crew they were gentlemen, courteous and polite. I watched them hold doors for other people in the breakfast area and step out of line at the self serve counter so others could get their morning coffee. They were neat and cleaned up their eating area. I asked the front desk clerk if they knew what company they were with and was given J&M Steel. The front desk clerk also agreed they are alway gentlemen when they stay there. No matter where you are while at work you are a representative of your company and people do notice.
