Field Project Managers
Rodger Hill – Since 1976, when Rodger first worked in construction with his father, he has worked for a number of construction firms. He has experience in all facets of residential and commercial construction from concrete, steel / welding, to framing, drywall and finish trades. Rodger started with J & M Steel Solutions, Inc. in 2006 and has filled the positions of Field P.M. and is also our Safety Director.
Jerry Timothy – Has worked in construction since 1979. He is very proficient working with concrete, steel erection, sheet metal work, framing and finish carpentry. Jerry is also a certified welder and joined the J & M Steel Solutions team in 2007. He is a tremendous addition to our management team.
Keith Gast – Began in the construction industry as a steel erector in 1992 and was a foreman with Sure Steel, Inc. from 1995-2003. He then started his own construction company in Las Vegas, Nevada, Gast Steel, which he managed for another decade. Keith joined J & M Steel Solutions in 2013. He understands the concepts of working with a client and looking out for their best interest.
Bob McDaniel – Bob has worked in the construction industry since 1981, including time owning his own construction company. Bob is certified to operate several types of equipment including RT forklift, JLG lift, and scissor lift. Bob joined our team in 2012 and is an extremely reliable member of our team.
Sean Turner – Sean has worked in the construction industry since 1982. Sean had his own company and was a GC for 17 years. He is certified to operate many pieces of equipment including crane, RT forklift, JLG Boom, scissor lift and has his CDL. Sean joined our team in 12013 and is adept at solving any problems that arise on the jobsite.
General Foreman
Cody Davidson – Cody has over 20 years of experience with steel erection, both being on a crew and managing crews. He is a certified welder and equipment operator for multiple pieces of equipment including the NCCCO crane. Cody joined J & M Steel Solutions in 2006 and because of his fantastic work was named our General Foreman in 2013.
Foremen
Tyler Openshaw – Tyler has worked in the construction industry since 2002, both being on a crew and managing crews. Tyler is a certified equipment operator for multiple pieces of equipment. He started with J & M Steel Solutions in 2004.
Brett Mehew – Brett has worked in the construction industry since 2006, both being on a crew and managing crews. Brett is a certified equipment operator for multiple pieces of equipment. He joined J & M Steel Solutions in 2005.
Shaun Oram – Shaun has worked in the construction industry since 2002, both being on a crew and managing crews. Shaun is a certified equipment operator for multiple pieces of equipment and is also a certified welder. He joined J & M Steel Solutions in 2009.
Mario Cruz – Mario has worked in the construction industry since 2004 as both a crew member and a crew manager. He is certified to operate RT Forklift, scissor lift and JLG Boom. Mario started with J & M Steel Solutions in 2006.
Arnulfo (Nuco) Avila – Nuco has worked in the construction industry since 2005. He is certified to operate RT forklift, scissor lift and JLG Boom. Nuco started with J & M Steel Solutions in 2009.
Cynjon Longman – Cynjon has many years of experience in the construction industry. Cynjon is certified to operate RT forklift, scissor lift, JLG Boom and has his rigging certification. He started with J & M Steel Solutions in 2010.
Jaime Galavaiz – Jaime has worked in the construction industry since 2000. He is certified to operate RT forklift, scissor lift, and JLG Boom. Jaime started with J & M Steel Solutions in 2011.
Randy Woodcox – Randy has worked in the construction industry since 1986. He is certified to operate RT forklift, JLG Boom, scissor lift. He is also a NCCCO certified crane operator and certified welder. Randy started with J & M Steel Solutions in 2014.
Bart Woodcox – Bart has worked in the construction industry since 1986. Bart is certified to operate RT forklift, scissor lift. He is also a NCCCO certified crane operator and certified welder. Bart started with J & M Steel Solutions in 2015.
